This study day will be a special event led by Pete & Sammy Greig and focuses on "How to help people pray"

This is the first of two special events hosted by Bishop Richard as part of the diocesan Year of Prayer.  Pete & Sammy Grieg will lead the day.  To register for a place at this event please use Eventbrite

About Pete:

Pete Greig is the founder of 24-7 Prayer, Senior Pastor of Emmaus Rd church in Surrey and brings leadership to Waverley Abbey. He co-hosts the Lectio365 daily devotional and the Wildfires Festival. Pete is also an Ambassador for the NGO Tearfund, and a member of The Order of the Mustard Seed. His latest award-winning book is How to Hear God: A Simple Guide for Normal People. He and his wife Sammy – a professional counsellor - split their time between a barge on the River Wey and an island retreat off the south coast of England where they host and mentor leaders.

About Sammy:

Sammy Greig serves alongside Pete as Senior Pastors of Emmaus Rd church and as parents to two adult sons. She also runs her own private counselling practice helping people process past trauma, having lived for many years with her own chronic illness. Pete and Sammy split their time between a barge on the River Wey and a house on the Isle of Wight where they host and mentor leaders from around the world.
