As a small team, we are here to support you in growing your church locally and helping you to consider how to deliver mission locally that suits the people you serve so that the local church can grow. We provide resources, including training, advice and accompanying services to equip you on your journey so that you can join in with all that God is doing, to help you grow flourishing Christ-centred communities, where people of all ages and backgrounds are nurtured as disciples of Christ and can share His transforming love with those around them.
One of the key ways in which we do this is through support with LyCiG
We offer facilitation through coaching, providing a space for leaders to explore the challenges and joys of ministry and learn how to build and grow the church. We can support you with fresh ideas and a positive way forward. We offer coaching sessions on a one to one basis or as part of a small group.
We can also support you through mentoring, facilitation and teaching. Additionally, we can direct you to other key practical resources you may need related to mission, growth, and leading missional change in your context.
Our goal is to establish a relationship with you and your church, and together work towards its growth and flourishing so that we can become more Christ-like and grow the local church through faithful prayer and discipleship.
