Vennture is a charity based in Hereford. We are committed to working with people when they’re vulnerable, giving meaning to ‘The Power of Jesus’ Love in the local area.

This post is part funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund (ESF).

Are you inspired by the work that Vennture does? Are you motivated to bring your skills to support the organisation and to make a difference?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and gifted administrator to join our team. You will provide administrative support to the Home Presence Team which works with families who are struggling, together with individuals engaged in the BBO project. In addition, the successful applicant will work in conjunction with the Business Co-ordinator to provide overall office support to enable adequate cover.

We are looking for a reliable and highly organised individual who will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using all Microsoft applications and in maintaining a website is essential. You must be able to demonstrate an adaptable, enthusiastic approach to your work, good prioritisation skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload in a busy office environment.

Vennture works with people of all faiths, and none. Our employees and volunteers are drawn from all sectors of society. Regardless, a Christian vision, ethos and principles underpin the way Vennture operates, and it is expected that the successful applicant will have empathy with and be able to embrace our Venn values of Responsibility, Family, Industry and Enterprise. They will connect to our sense of purpose and vision and be able to integrate swiftly and successfully into our hard working and friendly team and enjoy being part of a challenging and ground-breaking initiative.
