    • Annual Salary - £15600

    The position operates primarily in the Hereford and Shropshire Borders for the Ecumenical Rural Chaplaincy. The Chaplaincy is jointly organised by the Wolverhampton & Shrewsbury Methodist District and Diocese of Hereford.

    The role will be working for our full time Rural Chaplain and with a growing number of part time volunteer chaplains. Assisting in leasing with other key National and Local agencies, ensuring effective communication in the Chaplaincy as a whole andundertaking a limited chaplaincy role to ensure the post holder understands the issues within the Rural Communities. Flexible pre arranged hours over seven days to mutually meet the needs of the post and the post holders allocation of time

    Experience in effective Team working is essential as will be the ability to use IT and organising/communication skills. There will be occasions when the post holder will be required to talk to Church Groups and take part in Christian services consequently the post holder needs to have experience in sharing or leading a Christian Service.
