Education Team Support

The Education Team supports schools through its Core Services and Partnership Agreements, which include the training and consultancy offer.

Core Services

Our Core Christian Distinctiveness, Governance, Property, Leadership and Management Service is subsidised by the Board of Finance, and this enables all our Church of England schools and academies to access high-quality support. Our Core Services are listed on pages 5-6 of our Training and Support Partnership Agreement.

Training and Support Partnership Agreement

In addition to the Statutory and Core services provided to all our church schools, each school or trust is invited to join our Training and Support Partnership Agreement, which increases the amount of cost-effective support available to schools. All church schools directly receive the detailed Partnership Agreement offers and pricing structure ahead of the new academic year.

The Partnership Agreement for the academic year 2026-27 is available below. If you have specific training needs for next year and would like to discuss your options, please contact the Education Team

School Effectiveness Partnership Agreement 2026-27

For 2026-27, we are pleased to offer our School Effectiveness Partnership Agreement. This is in addition to and separate from our Training and Support Partnership Agreement.

The purpose of the School Effectiveness Partnership Agreement is to offer a cost-effective option to support work relating to ongoing whole school development priorities, including those that have been identified through your most recent Ofsted inspection. The offer can be implemented similarly to a traditional school improvement partner model. It allows for a bespoke and tailored approach to meet individual needs.

Further information, including details of available packages and services, along with models of delivery for these, is outlined in the document below.
