Online Directory

Our online directory, the Contact Management System, is accessible via the Church of England Portal. It contains the names and contact details of clergy, readers and church officers who have given us permission (via a data protection form) to publish their details.

The directory is accessed via a user name and password and is only available to clergy, readers and church officers who have a current post within a church, benefice or deanery within the Diocese, along with diocesan staff.

If your personal data is contained within our directory, you have the ability to select who can see your data. Only data that is set by users as publicly accessible will be available through our 'Find a Person' webpage.
