Holmer Parish church stands on the A49 (North) leaving Hereford. It has been part of the local community for over 800 years. Although it is a beautiful mediaeval building, it has level access, wheelchair space, a 'loop' system & toilets for the disabled. We also have large print Service booklets and Mission Praise hymnbooks.
11am Services are modern (Common Worship) and attract people of all ages. Children and Young people meet in their CYPECS groups after a short time in Church.
After worship we meet at coffee time in the Church Centre which is used during the week by the Church and local community.
Our weekday activities include Cell groups, Busy Bees (parent and toddler group), Men's group, Over 60's group.
Newcomers and visitors alike will find a warm welcome as we seek to serve Jesus Christ here.

  • Weekly Prayer Meeting

If you are free on a Tuesday lunchtime it would be lovely if you could come for prayer at the Church centre. Bring a packed lunch for 1pm and after lunch we will pray for the needs of our parish - people we know who are ill, things happening in the church, the missions we support, items on our church's prayer diary etc.. Do come if you can - the bible is full of encouragement to us to pray and of God's willingness to hear us. If our church here is to be fruitful, if we are to glorify God, then prayer needs to be at the centre.

Every Tuesday at 1 p.m. for 60 minutes
