PARTNERSHIP

Explore ways of working in partnership. It's rewarding, it helps with the sharing of skills, costs, resources and funding. We can achieve so much more working with others than we ever can on our own. There are many local partnerships that the Church can take part in - Local Strategic Partnerships, examples are South Wye SRB and Leominster SRB, where the church have been actively involved, Local Forums, Village Appraisals, local consultations, project work - and it's all mission. We can be partners with the organisations that are responsible for developing the policy and programmes that draw funding into the Diocese, such as the Herefordshire and Shropshire Partnerships. Many of the projects are right at the top of the Church's agenda, and we should be a voice for our communities and support this decision making process when we can.
