The Director of Communications is responsible for internal and external communications in the Diocese of Hereford.

External
The NEWSpaper is produced on a quarterley basis
Press Releases are issued on a regular basis with news of what is happening at every level in the Diocese link to latest news
Special events/press conferences for The Bishop of Hereford

Internal
The Communications Officer is available to all staff for advice on dealing with the Press.
Training on interviews and press releases is available

The monthly mailing to clergy and others is now placed on The Noticeboard of the website go to: http://www.hereford.anglican.org/pages/noticeboard.php
It is updated regularly and is worth checking once a week. It contains all sorts of information to keep people up to date on issues that might affect them.

Advice/help is available to Boards and Councils

The purpose of The Communications Department is to help and support all within the Diocese in spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.
