Ministry Development & Training
Resourcing our Churches for Mission
The Diocesan Ministry Development and Training Team offers resources for the continuing education of the clergy after ordination (POT and CME), for Readers after licensing and for the education and training of the whole people of God. Diocesan programmes are developed and evaluated to meet the on-going needs of clergy, Readers and others, including Local Ministry Teams under the Diocesan Strategy. Individual grants are administered to enable clergy to attend courses outside the Diocese. Members of the Ministry Development and Training Team are able to respond to specific requests for help from individuals, parishes and deaneries.
