Offers support for Christian education in the community

The Education Resource Centre is at

We have over 7,500 items on 350 different subjects including Working with Children, Young People and Adults, Children's Fiction and Bible Stories, Primary School, Multi-faith, Festivals, Drama, Theology, the Bible, Old and New Testament, Liturgy and Worship, Ministry, Pastoral Care, Prayer, All-age Worship, Preaching, Spirituality, Religious Education, etc.etc.
Books, DVDs, Artefacts Boxes, Posters, CDs, Godly Play Materials.
Our aim is to serve a wide range of people of all ages, inside and outside the community of churches.
If you live or work in the Diocese of Hereford or surrounding areas, you can borrow up to eight books at a time for a month and up to four audio-visual items for two weeks. If you need to borrow items for a longer period we can usually arrange it.
Live a long way from Ludlow? Phone or e-mail with an enquiry and we will try to help you. Items can be delivered to The Diocesan Office in Hereford for collection or they can be posted to you; there is a charge for postage.

The Library is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm

ARTEFACTS BOXES
These collections are particularly designed to promote the understanding of the significance of religious artefacts in worship, ceremony, rites of passage and family life.
These quality artefacts are delivered in strong storage boxes and are supported by information books about that faith for teachers and children.
The artefacts boxes are for loan for a half-term period. It is advisable to book these to avoid disappointment. They can be delivered but a charge will be made depending on the distance or you can pick them up at the Resource Centre.
